Spoil a loved one by buying them a  gift voucher from Shnuggle. We have a selection of gift card amounts to choose from. Great as baby shower, congratulatory and/or birthday gifts.

• Shnuggle Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
• Shnuggle Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers cannot be resold to or exchanged with a third party.
• Shnuggle Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online at https://www.shnuggle.co.za/ 

1. Gift Vouchers

“Gift Vouchers” refer to electronic vouchers that customers purchase online for someone else as a gift. These are delivered to the recipient as an email or a print-at-home card. These are available from us online and are purchased in fixed, Rand value amounts, e.g. R200.

• Purchases will be deducted from the voucher amount until the Rand value reaches zero.
• The balance showing on the Shnuggle system is binding.
• The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase

2. Voucher Restrictions

• Purchased Vouchers (Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers) cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
• Purchased Vouchers (Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers) cannot be used in conjunction with promotional vouchers.

3. Refunds on Returns

We cannot refund in cash, purchases made with a marketing or promotional voucher. We will either reinstate the used voucher with a limited extension of the expiration date or issue you with a new one in line with our returns policy.
